South Carolina looks to snap skid against Texas A&M

It’s been a long seven years for the Gamecocks. Also it’ll be South Carolina’s first win over Texas A&M if they can pull the upset Saturday night in College Station.
Zeb Noland will get the nod at quarterback as Doty is out for the season. In his other 2 starts Zeb played well, completing 26-of-45 passes for 346 yards and five touchdowns in wins over Eastern Illinois and East Carolina. I’ll also say this isn’t Eastern Illinois and East Carolina either, South Carolina is facing Texas A&M, a team who’s on a roll at the moment and with a lot of momentum.
Saturday night’s game with the Aggies is crucial because South Carolina is just 2 wins away from bowl eligibility. We’ve seen it all year in the SEC, with Kentucky over Florida, Texas A&M over Alabama, it’s possible it can happen Saturday night, I’ll say this though, it’ll have to be a better effort than what happened last week against Vandy. 1 point win over a bad Vanderbilt squad doesn’t bode well going to College Station.
At the end of the day that’s why the play the games, and of course this is the SEC.
