Kentucky edges South Carolina

Jeff Blake-USA TODAY Sports
Saturday night was one of them games as a Kentucky fan you just held your breath. Kentucky started out quick early on, with the first TD drive and then Kentucky just stalled. Kentucky ranked 125th of 130 FBS teams in total turnovers entering the game, two more tonight plus two fumbles they recovered.
South Carolina had plenty of chances as well. South Carolina had zero points off turnovers.
Kentucky iced the game by running the football on the next possession after South Carolina decided to kick the field goal and cut it to 6 instead of going for it and Kentucky ran out the clock for the win. Kentucky starts the season (4-0) overall and (2-0) in SEC play.
The turnover situation better get fixed quick because you do what they did tonight against Florida, LSU, Georgia it’ll be a different story.
