Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports
No.11 Florida defeated Tennessee tonight in the swamp 38-14. After a week of almost pulling off an upset of Alabama, Florida started out slow to begin the game. Gators put up 505 total yards, 283 of those were on the ground, and was 9-14 on third downs.
Tennessee stayed within striking distance until halftime. Florida led 17-14 at the half and then Florida came out and dominated the second half by shutting down Tennessee for the last 30 minutes of the game and holding them without a point the entire 2nd half.
